Aurora Early Education Rowville are looking for a Diploma qualified, hard working, experienced and fun Childcare Room Leader (Group Leader) to join our team on a full time basis.

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA assessed qualifications or equivalent.
2 years industry experience in a similar role preferred
Current working with Children Check
Current Police Check
Current First Aid and Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
Knowledge in NQS, EYLF/VEDYLF, practice principles and reflective practices.

At Aurora, you will be supported to:

Engage with children, creating learning opportunities and a safe environment for them to grow
Run a room program that focuses on the individual learning and care needs of all children in your room
Create observations and other documentation to link children's learning to the NQF and EYLF.
Guide and mentor other Educators in your room in their professional development and growth
Communicate and build strong relationships with families
Work collaboratively with our leadership and management teams to better further the overall quality of the service
Build your professional development and industry knowledge

Salary Offered: $75,000 - $80,000 p/a + Super
