Full Job Description

In this newly created role you'll play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth through high-performing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging social platforms.

Reporting to the Digital Media Manager, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Creative, Data and Ecommerce teams to develop, execute and optimise Paid Social strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. You'll bring a data-driven mindset, a passion for continuous improvement and deep platform expertise to help us reach and engage parents at every stage of their journey.

What you'll be doing

Develop, execute and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms.
Drive customer acquisition, engagement and sales through data-driven campaign strategies.
Manage campaign performance, budgets and ROAS through ongoing testing, learning and optimisation.
Analyse campaign and audience data to uncover insights and improve results.
Partner with Marketing, Creative and Ecommerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities to grow channel performance.
Act as the Paid Social subject matter expert, championing best practice and continuous improvement.

About You

Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other social advertising platforms (ideally within an agency environment)
Strong understanding of audience targeting, attribution, campaign optimisation and performance measurement
Experience managing media budgets and delivering results against commercial KPIs
Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Curious, proactive and passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends
