Iron Lift Garage Doors is looking for a reliable, organised, and customer-focused Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing bookings, and supporting day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Part-time positionMonday to Friday, 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
You will play a key role in handling customer enquiries, coordinating bookings, preparing quotes, and supporting smooth daily operations between customers, suppliers, and technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Booking jobs and managing daily schedules
- Following up leads and assisting with sales enquiries
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Coordinating with technicians throughout the day
- Liaising with suppliers
- Providing general administrative support and handling scheduling adjustments
Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident phone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills
- Previous administration, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Mandarin language skills are an advantage
