About us
We're a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability. In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole.
This means we often do things differently. Since we began in 2015, we've made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does – from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.
Our clients tell us they notice this difference, and for many it's had a profound impact on their lives. Supporting more than 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.
To do a great job, you'll need:
- Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values

Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling

Experience in personal care (showering and dressing) and assistance with domestic duties

Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with client

Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives

Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals. For example, supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program

Full drivers licence and be willing and comfortable with driving clients vehicle

Willingness to work varied shifts; sleepovers, day support including community access. We also need you to commit to ongoing shifts (more than twice weekly)

We are looking to support clients based in St Arnaud.
