RSM Australia is seeking a friendly, reliable and proactive Office & Reception Support team member to join our Bunbury office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things organised, and loves being the heart of a workplace.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the friendly face of our office, ensuring clients feel welcome while helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, dependable and enjoys supporting others, technical experience isn’t essential, just the right attitude and willingness to help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full time in the Office
- Front of house reception - meet and greet visitors to reception.
- Prepare all pre-booked meeting rooms as per the requested detail; this includes food & beverage requirements.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms
- Organise meeting rooms for client meetings and internal meetings
- Ensure Reception area is kept tidy.
- Maintain bookings for meeting rooms and resources.
- Maintain unused meeting rooms to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure kitchens are kept clean and tidy
- Daily errands including banking, post office, and others as required.
- Unpacking of all deliveries including stationery and kitchen supplies
About you:
- 12 months min in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive ability to work as part of a team
- A willingness to work flexible hours
- Be professionally presented at all times
