About the role
We are seeking a reliable HR Truck Driver / Warehouse Operator (Rural Deliveries) to join our Dalby team on a 12-months fixed-term, full-time basis - covering a maternity leave.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be out on the road delivering to rural clients, as well as supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse and yard. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values safety, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.
Key responsibilities
Safely operate a HR truck to deliver products to rural customers, including timely loading and unloading of goods
Use a forklift to safely handle stock and support warehouse and yard operations
Pick, pack, receive, store, and dispatch stock in line with procedures and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Process goods inwards and outwards correctly and assist with stocktakes and general warehouse/yard duties as required
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised work environment always
About you
Current HR Truck Licence and full Driver’s Licence
Current Forklift Licence
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork, with a customer-focused approach
Experience in warehousing, logistics, or rural merchandise handling (highly regarded), with strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on yard and warehouse work, able to support internal teams and rural clients effectively
