About the Role:

As a Pick Packer, you’ll be part of a hands-on warehouse team responsible for accurately fulfilling and dispatching customer orders. You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are packed with care, stock is organised, and customers receive their items on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
Label and process orders for shipping
Assist with basic inventory handling, including stock replenishment
Unpack and organise incoming deliveries
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
Support the wider warehouse team with day-to-day tasks
Follow packing standards to ensure consistency and quality

About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

Has warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Is reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Communicates well and works effectively in a team
Takes pride in doing things accurately and efficiently
