They dug into the details, researched, spoke with specialists, and managed a rare PLN condition with care and persistence. The result was more quality time for that pet and its owner. That kind of effort is not unusual here. It is expected.
At the same time, care shows up in quieter ways. Long-standing clients, including older members of the community, are supported in practical, thoughtful ways. When one client could not get their dog to the clinic, the team made sure the pet was safely brought in and treated.
The clinic is also trusted for its surgical capability. Advanced procedures are performed in-house, which means patients can stay with familiar faces and clients are not pushed into the added stress of referral unless it is truly needed.
