Westmead Hospital is one of Australia's largest hospitals and a key provider of specialist healthcare services for Western Sydney. Joining the Colorectal and Upper Gastrointestinal (UGI) Ward means becoming part of a supportive, collaborative environment where every team member plays an important role in delivering outstanding patient-centred care.

You'll work alongside dedicated nursing and multidisciplinary teams, helping ensure the smooth operation of the ward while supporting patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

What you'll be doing
As an Administration Clerk Level 2, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the ward. Your ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and communicate effectively will contribute to a positive experience for patients, carers and staff.

Accurately admit, transfer and discharge patients while maintaining data integrity through iPM
Provide professional reception services and respond to enquiries from patients, families and staff
Coordinate administrative activities including transport, interpreter and pastoral care services
Manage patient records, ward documentation and statistical data in line with hospital requirements
Support nursing staff through effective communication, information management and clerical assistance
