Role Overview:
As an Event Florist at ESC, you will play a key role in designing and creating stunning floral arrangements that enhance our events and bring each client’s vision to life. Collaborating closely with our event team, you will ensure every floral installation aligns seamlessly with the overall styling concept and aesthetic, helping create beautifully curated and unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create stunning bespoke floral arrangements for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special celebrations.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing professional floral advice and personalised design recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the event styling team to ensure floral designs seamlessly align with the overall event vision and aesthetic.
- Maintain and manage floral inventory, ensuring all products are presented at the highest standard
- Assist with the installation and pack-down of floral styling at event venues, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail throughout every event.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role, with a Certificate III in Floristry highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of floral design principles, flower care, and handling techniques, combined with a refined creative eye and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive and professional client relationships.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while confidently managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on event days or when required.
