Full Job Description

The Role

We're after an experienced generalist clinician to join our team part-time, working with a real mix of clients — individuals, couples, families and children. If you like variety in your caseload and want the autonomy to build your own client base within a supportive practice (rather than starting from zero on your own), this is the role for you.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a social worker or psychologist
Eligibility to provide Medicare-rebated services (Better Access)
Confidence working across the lifespan — individuals, couples, families and children
A genuinely generalist approach, comfortable adapting to whoever's in front of you
Strong clinical judgement and the ability to work autonomously
A collaborative mindset — you'll be part of a team, not just renting a room
