The Role

The Feros Group is a leading hospitality group, renowned for creating exceptional and memorable experiences across our 10 thriving venues in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney CBD and NSW South Coast. Parc Pavilion is an 800-seat venue in the heart of Cronulla. This expansive venue, spanning two floors, offers a diverse range of dining experiences, including a ground-floor bistro and café, takeaway offer, a first-floor bistro and cocktail bar, an Italian restaurant, and private dining areas, all serviced by two state-of-the-art kitchens.

What is the role?
As a member of our Floor & Bar team, you are the face of our venue so your ability to make people feel welcome and make them smile is paramount to your success.

Greeting and seating customers
Cleaning, clearing and resetting tables
Taking orders and making payments
Preparing beverages and cocktails
Washing and restocking glassware
Managing customers and pre-empting RSA issues
Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts

For specialized roles in Gaming and/or Bar & Cocktail experience is required.

What is needed to be successful in this role?

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) – Gaming positions only
Current Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming (ARCG) – Gaming positions only
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
Ability to work a flexible roster
Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment
Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency

Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
