Senior Helpers Casey is looking for experienced and caring In-Home Support Workers to provide care services to Aged Care and Disability clients in the Casey area. In this role you would be providing assistance with clients activities of Daily Living within their home environment. Your day to day will never be the same with a varying range of services based on the client's care needs, your responsibilities in this role will be:
- Transportation of client's to appointments, errands and shopping assistance
- Basic meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Assisting with Personal Care tasks such as showering, dressing and grooming
- Providing caring companionship to clients through social interactions
- Advocating and empowering clients to interact within the community, engage in their interests and support them to communicate with supports around them.

To succeed in this role we will need you to have the following requirements, skills and attributes:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current National Police Check & Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Drivers License with a fully insured vehicle (Comprehensive Insurance)
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to let your personality shine with a positive and cheerful attitude
