Job Description: Sandwich Supervisor/ Maker
Responsibilities:
- Make sandwiches, baguettes, and wraps based on our SOP - Training will be provided.
- Ensure food quality, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Communicate effectively with team and accurately take customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, adhere to HACCP guidelines, and use POS system.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by preparing orders promptly and accurately.
- Managing and delegating staff in the sandwich section.
- Creating new and exciting recipes, while working closely with the executive chef.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in making sandwiches, including baguettes and wraps.
- Proficient in sandwich hand techniques and ingredient combinations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems a plus.
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.

Experience:
- Sandwich Supervisor: 2 years (Preference)
- Managing 3 or more staff
- Catering experience
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preference)
- Food Handling (Compulsory)
- Comply with HACCP Practices (Compulsory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.41 – $39.00 per hour
