Star Aluminium is a leading provider of high-quality aluminium products, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a digital marketing coordinator to own day to day social media, agency coordination and paid ads across our brands, including the national launch campaign for our newest brand, a safety equipment ecommerce and B2B site . You have a marketing background but are not disconnected from the technical side: you can write blog content with an eye for SEO, run email campaigns in Mailchimp (or similar), and use AI tools to produce content faster. You will coordinate our creative agency and work closely with our small existing team, and from time to time you may also be asked to support other websites outside our core brand family.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the social media calendar end to end, from planning through publishing, across all our brands including our new safety equipment brand launch.

· Coordinate daily with our creative agency: briefing, shoot scheduling and delivery tracking.

· Manage and optimise Google and Meta Ads campaigns day to day.

· Produce lightweight in house content: reels, product photography, Canva/basic design work.

· Write blog posts and SEO focused content across all brands, keeping search visibility front of mind.

· Manage email campaigns in Mailchimp (or a similar platform) and report on performance.

· Use AI tools to speed up content production: copy, imagery, captions and subtitles.

· Set up and run the launch campaign for our new safety equipment brand across Google Search/Shopping and LinkedIn.

· Produce content for the new brand's product catalogue: product descriptions, buying guides and safety focused articles, category page copy.

· Build and send email/Mailchimp campaigns.

· Collaborate with future specialist hires (for example, a future sales/trade account role) where your work overlaps with theirs, such as trade catalogue material and customer communication templates.

About You

Must-have

Practical, day-to-day social media experience across the major platforms
Working knowledge of Google and Meta Ads execution
Comfortable writing blog content with basic SEO awareness
Confident using Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform
Agency and vendor coordination
Canva / basic design plus AI content tools
Able to write clear copy for both consumer (B2C) and trade/B2B audiences

Nice-to-have

Professional photo / video foundation
GA4 / reporting literacy
Deeper SEO content strategy experience
Basic HTML / CMS use
B2B / industrial marketing experience
Marketing infrastructure or agency-side background
Experience writing buying guides or safety/product education content

What Success Looks Like (first 90 days)

· A reliable, published content calendar across brands with no gaps.

· Agency briefs and deliveries flowing on schedule.

· Google and Meta Ads actively managed, with weekly optimisation and reporting.

· A steady cadence of blog/SEO content live across brands, with our newest brand's launch content ready on time.

· Our newest brand's launch campaign live across search, social and email, with the first trade enquiries coming through.
