About The Role
We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our local care team as Personal Care Workers in the Frankston area. You will provide personalised care and support to our clients to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community. Your tasks may include;

Assisting with personal care: Helping clients with tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.

Domestic assistance: Support clients with light household cleaning eg. sweeping, mopping

Community Access: Taking clients to the supermarket or medical appointments
-
Social support: Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation.
You'll need to be available Monday to Friday, 7am to 11am, some evenings and weekends.
You'll also need to travel to different clients in Frankston, Frankston North, Seaford, Carrum Downs, Langwarrin.

About You
You have a compassionate spirit and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of others. You also have;

Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or other relevant Personal Care qualification)

NDIS Worker Screening Check
-
Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
-
Victorian Driver Licence AND your own reliable transport in an insured vehicle

CPR & First Aid Certificates
-
A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
