Oversee a premium Healthcare Portfolio for one National Client – 12 month contract Flexible work – work onsite at Sunshine Private Hospital/CBD head office/WFH Melbourne Land of the Wurundjeri people

Are you an experienced property professional ready to step into a leadership role with real impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Associate Director to join our VIC Property Management team, overseeing a healthcare portfolio for a key national client.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll take ownership of a high-profile portfolio, supported by a high-performing team, including an Engineering Manager and Property Manager reporting into you.
Here’s a snapshot of your day;

Lead the performance of property management and building services operations • Partner closely with owners, occupiers, and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery across all aspects of property management • Oversee lease management activities including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentation • Prepare and present detailed monthly reporting packs for property owners • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, payments, and debt collection

Proven experience in a similar commercial property management role, ideally within healthcare • Strong ability to manage client expectations while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines • Proactive, approachable, and professional mindset • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build lasting relationships • Sound financial acumen with strong attention to detail • Relevant certification/registration and strong knowledge of the local property market
