Sacca’s is a fast growing family business and is well known for our fresh produce and great service to the community.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to fine turn their skills and make an impact on a premium food venue.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, ciabatta, sourdough and baguettes from scratch.
Baking par baked products
Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
Follow recipes and production schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

· No early morning/night starts (5am start)

· Baking required throughout the day

· Weekend availability is essential.

· Must be experienced in mixing, shaping and cutting doughs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
