About The Role:
BaptistCare is one of Australia’s largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Cowra, Young Canowindra and surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
- Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
- Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
- Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission
- Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
