We are seeking an enthusiastic Engineering Production Worker to join our team in Corowa. You will be hands-on in the Agricultural manufacturing process, working with various machinery and tools to produce, assemble, and perform onsite work as part of our commitment to quality and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate and maintain various production machinery and engineering equipment to fabricate precision agricultural components.
· Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
· Perform assembly processes to build complete products and sub-assemblies to specification.
· Perform onsite component replacement as part of assembly and maintenance tasks, focusing on basic installation, fitting, and replacement work. (ability to travel will be a requirement)
· Inspect finished products for compliance with strict tolerances and durability standards.
· Assist engineers in implementing new production techniques and technologies.
· Manage raw materials and finished goods within the production area, ensuring accurate documentation.
· Maintain workplace safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
· AQF Certificate II or III in Engineering Production (or equivalent experience in a similar role, minimum of 1 year).
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
· Experience with metal fabrication, welding, machine operation, and assembly processes.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
