As an Early Childhood Educator, you will build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community while contributing to a collaborative team committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, high-quality education and care for children.
- Develop strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Support children's learning, development, interests, and individual needs through play-based learning experiences.
- Implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework requirements.
- Follow Uniting Early Learning policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive, and continuously improving learning environment.

You will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority). You will also bring with you:
- Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state-based child safety training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
- Prior experience working in a kindergarten and / or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
