Join Our Coaching Team | Cooroy

No Chair Rent. A Full Calendar. A Mentor In Your Corner.

Casual personal training role in Cooroy, QLD, starting immediately. From $40.17 to $55/hr depending on your ongoing client hours, plus super and commission. Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week.

What This Actually Looks Like

You walk in, your calendar is full and confirmed, and your assistant has already handled the reminders and follow ups. This month your mentor helped you turn five trial clients into ongoing members. More hours, better pay, zero out of pocket.

That is the whole job.

Honestly, there is no catch. There is just a standard. This works if you are:

Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.
Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
We are not after heroes who try to do everything alone. We want coaches who want to focus on coaching.

What We Hand You On Day One

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

No rent. Ever. Keep what you earn from session one.

Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.

You Trained to Coach, Not to Cold Call and Pay Rent

You wanted to make people fitter and happier. That was the whole point.

Not to waste it on:

Play marketer, salesperson, accountant and admin while forgetting why you started
