About Us
New café focused on great coffee, friendly service, and seasonal food. Join a small, passionate team helping shape our customer experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages to café standards
Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
Operate POS, handle cash/cards, and balance takings
Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house: tables, counter, display cases
Replenish and rotate retail goods and takeaway items
Support food service when needed (basic plating, toasties, salads)
Follow food safety and allergy procedures and store opening/closing checklists
Build rapport with regulars and promote specials/loyalty programs

Requirements

1+ year barista or customer-facing experience preferred (training available for enthusiastic starters)
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
Ability to work quickly under pressure, multitask, and stay organized
Reliable, punctual, and a team player; flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
Basic familiarity with espresso machines and grinders a plus
Food safety/Allergen awareness preferred
