Business Traineeships provide entry-level opportunities for individuals to gain practical skills and experiences in various aspects of Business operations.

During the Business Traineeship, you will be working full-time 38 hours per week while studying a Certificate III in Business.
If successful, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the workplace with one of our host employers, working in an office environment, typically in a Receptionist, Office Administration position.
Traineeship duration: 12 months - Full time

Where is this traineeship position located?

Springwood

Duties may include but not limited to:

Answering the phone and directing to appropriate people
Taking messages and managing emails
Data entry, filing and scanning
Ensuring reception area is always kept tidy
Customer service – in person and over the phone
Use of Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs
Any other tasks requested by the host employer

Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:

Be eligible to complete a traineeship
Genuinely seeking a foot in the door within an office environment
Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
Be motivated with a positive attitude
Drivers licence and own transport preferred
