Do you meet these minimum requirements?
Live in or near Cooma including surrounding suburbs Bunyan, Dairymans Plains, Pine Valley, Polo Flat, Binjura
Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
Have 12 months personal care worker industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 3pm, Monday to Friday (weekend availability is a bonus but not required)
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

Permanent Part-Time Contracts
Permanent Contract hours : 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
Hourly Rate : $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!
As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
