Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Demonstrated clinical experience within aged care or a related healthcare setting.
Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to champion quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience with aged care quality standards, clinical governance or funding frameworks and/or postgraduate qualifications in nursing, aged care or leadership.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, helping deliver exceptional care and experiences for older people.
