At Only About Children (OAC), we're reimagining how families discover and experience their early learning journey. We're looking for a digitally savvy marketer to own the family journey end-to-end-from the first search to long-term engagement-lifting organic growth, conversion and advocacy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be our digital lead, partnering with a high-performing team and specialist agencies to deliver measurable growth.
You'll also lead B2B/B2E marketing for our Work + Family Solutions program that support employers and working families with Back-Up Care -adding depth to your remit without diluting the core B2C focus on families and enrolments.

What you'll do (the work you'll be proud of)
- Own lifecycle marketing: design and optimise full-funnel journeys and automated comms (HubSpot) that turn enquiries into enrolments and advocacy.
- Grow organic demand: lead SEO/GEO strategy, content optimisation and CRO to lift rankings, traffic, conversion and ROI.
- Elevate the website: keep content fresh, on-brand and conversion-ready; collaborate to refine UX and digital pathways.
- Run integrated marketing campaigns: deliver across digital, social, email and web for brand, demand as well as recruitment marketing.
- Lead B2B/B2E campaign activity: create targeted plans for Work + Family Solutions that drive awareness and utilisation.
- Partner brilliantly: be the digital compass both internally and externally with our agencies align plans with Enrolments, Operations and the broader business.
What success looks like in your first 6 months
- SEO/GEO "under the hood": identity opportunities to grow digital demand through content optimisation, conversion rate optimisations, search performance and emerging digital channels
- Lifecycle momentum: review & elevate HubSpot journeys that nurture prospects, streamline the enrolment funnel and drive family advocacy
- Work + Family Solutions: Develop B2B and B2E marketing activity to support awareness, engagement and utilisation of employer-sponsored care programs
You'll thrive here if you bring
- 5+ years in digital/marketing communications and integrated campaign delivery.
- A sharp SEO/content/CRO mindset and confidence with marketing automation + CRM (HubSpot highly regarded).
- Website/CMS experience (WordPress) and strong project leadership-the strategy driver who keeps work moving.
- A commercial, data-driven approach; excellent written storytelling; and a collaborative, proactive style.
