Olive view cafe and Restaurant is seeking applications from experienced and passionate cooks to join our kitchen team
The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:
1years+ experiences in a professional kitchen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of produce, stock control, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
Competently cook lunch and dinner services
Anticipate and attend to the guest’s requirements and desires immediately.
Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant’s menus
Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice
Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members
Maintain high standards and lead by example
As a successful candidate, you will be offered immediate start and on a negotiable salary
Candidates with Australian citizens or permanent residency will be preferred.
