Position Duties
- Greet clients, families, and visitors in a welcoming, culturally appropriate, and professional manner.
- Managing meeting room bookings and visitor logs.
- Managing postal correspondence.
- Keeping the reception area clean and organised to create a professional, calm, confidential and welcoming environment.
- Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and via email — providing general information or referring to the appropriate staff member or service.
- Assist walk-ins with completing intake or referral forms and guide them through processes.
- Monitor office supplies (stationery, forms, brochures) and arrange replenishments.
- Support staff by photocopying/scanning documents and collating information as required.
- Support staff with logistics for workshops and community events (room bookings, catering, resources).
- Coordinate use of meeting rooms and waiting areas.

- Competitive salary of $55,000 per annum plus super

Additional Information
- This position requires the successful applicant to satisfy a national criminal history check and hold a current drivers' license.
- A Blue Card for working with children is a mandatory requirement. The 'No Card No Start' law applies to this position - a Blue Card must be obtained prior to commencement.
- As this is a risk-assessed role under the Child Protection Act 1999, the successful applicant will be required to obtain a LCS2 clearance withing 3 months of commencing employment.
- IDENTIFIED POSITION - To perform this role it is essential that the person who holds the position be an Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 that applicants are Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders. A Confirmation of Aboriginality will need to be provided.
