This role is based at our Coffs Harbour office.
Northrop Coffs Harbour
Our Coffs Harbour office has been built from the ground up over the past five years and continues to grow. What’s driven that growth is simple - strong local relationships and a focus on delivering practical, high-quality outcomes.
We’re a small, close-knit team who live and work in the region, so we understand the people and projects we’re part of. We work across a broad mix of projects - from residential and industrial through to schools, community facilities and multi-storey developments - taking a hands-on, client-focused approach.
We focus on doing the simple things well - being responsive, reliable and easy to work with. A big part of our role is working closely with local contractors, consultants and clients to get the best outcome on each project.
At the same time, we’re backed by a much larger national business. That means we can draw on wider technical expertise when needed, while still maintaining a local, personal approach.
A lot of the work we do has a direct impact on the local community. Being able to see that outcome firsthand - whether it’s projects your family and friends use, or developments that shape the region - is a big part of what makes the work rewarding.
