Lead from the front with a diverse and engaged team of 25, drive sales, coach and develop your people, champion safety and KPIs, and celebrate wins along the way. As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

Management / leadership experience
The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
A passion for visual merchandising and creating an inspiring in-store experience will be highly regarded.
Experience in stock control, health and safety and store security.
