Full Job Description

MFLC Logistics Pty Ltd is a growing Australian transport and logistics company seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join our Melbourne-based operations.

We provide refrigerated, ambient and palletised freight services across Victoria, servicing customers in food distribution, retail, wholesale and logistics sectors.

The Role

HR Truck Driver
Melbourne metro and regional deliveries
Day and night shift opportunities available
Full-time and casual positions available
Modern fleet and supportive operations team
Immediate start available

Responsibilities

Safe operation of HR vehicles
Multi-drop palletised freight deliveries
Load restraint and freight security
Completion of transport documentation and PODs
Daily vehicle inspections and defect reporting
Compliance with NHVR, CoR and company procedures

Requirements

Current HR Licence
Minimum 2 years HR driving experience preferred
Good driving history
Strong safety and compliance focus
Professional presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential
Full Australian working rights
