Full Job Description

Calling all dog lovers!

We are looking for reliable and experienced individuals to help us support our expanding list of wonderful clients and their beloved dogs.

About the Role

30 - 60 minute dog walks around the dog’s local neighbourhood (no need to transport in your car)
Ensuring pets are safe, happy, and well looked after during each visit
Building genuine relationships with both the dogs and their owners
Sending a short report/update to pawrents after each walk (how the walk went, behaviour, highlights, etc.)
Availability: Approximately 2 - 3 mornings per week (weekdays)
Between 9:00am - 1:00pm
Set days can be arranged or flexibility available depending on your schedule

About You

Must be fit, healthy, and physically able to walk approximately 15,000 steps per day
Dog lover is a given
Not seeking immediate start jobs; we are not hiring for the sake of filling a position. We are looking for the right long-term fit and will wait for the right person to come along.
Enjoys spending time outdoors and building connections with dogs
Strong communication skills for client updates

**Non-Negotiables**

Punctual and dependable
Must have a driver’s licence and own access to a car
Ideally located in the inner north (clients are based around Coburg / Pascoe Vale)
Prior experience in dog walking or animal care industry required
Ability to commit long-term as we value consistency as both dogs and clients build strong relationships that we aim to maintain (not frequently replace)
Bonus points for a police check
