Sunland Fresh Fruit is a premium stonefruit producer based along the Murray River in Cobram and Barooga. With a proud history spanning generations, we are known for our strong culture, quality produce and long-term success.
We are looking for a capable and reliable Tractor Operator / Orchard Hand to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you will operate tractors, farm trucks and other machinery while helping with general orchard and farm work. You will play an important part in keeping daily operations running safely, efficiently and on schedule.
Experience with spraying, orchard maintenance or basic machinery maintenance will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors, farm trucks and other agricultural machinery.
- Move produce, supplies, equipment and waste around the site.
- Load, secure and unload goods safely.
- Assist with spraying, slashing, orchard maintenance and general farm duties.
- Support warehouse and operational activities when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating tractors, farm vehicles or agricultural machinery.
- A current driver licence.
- A valid MC truck licence and clean driving record would be highly regarded.
- A practical approach and strong safety awareness.
- The ability to complete equipment checks and identify maintenance issues.
- Good reliability, punctuality and teamwork.
- The ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- The physical fitness to complete hands-on orchard and farm work.
