Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper to join our team, maintaining the presentation and appearance of our retirement villages, caravan park and factory sites.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and can work independently while maintaining high standards across multiple properties.

About the Role

PLEASE NOTE: The hourly rate is based on experience, age and skill level

Your responsibilities will include:

Mowing lawns and maintaining garden areas
Whipper snippering and edging
Weeding and spraying
Blowing leaves and keeping grounds tidy
Trimming, pruning and general garden maintenance
General labouring
Maintaining overall property aesthetics and presentation
Conducting routine inspections of grounds and outdoor areas
Performing basic maintenance on groundskeeping equipment and tools
Responding promptly to grounds and maintenance requests

Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00am – 3:00pm
Flexible hours available for the right candidate
No weekend work

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Be reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
Have experience in groundskeeping, gardening, landscaping or property maintenance (preferred but not essential)
Be physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
Be able to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
Hold a current driver’s licence
