At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As our Senior Cook at GYG Gregory Hills, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Your responsibilities will include aiding in the training and growth of the kitchen team. Additionally, you'll provide support to the Head Cook to manage inventory and maintain stock levels, as well as ensuring food quality and safety standards.

Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
Experience leading and developing a team
