Full Job Description

Seeking Clinical Home Care Nurse - Home Care Packages to join our fast growing and culturally diverse Home Care company.

Accent Home Care is a division of Tabulam and Templer Homes for the Aged (TTHA) who have been supporting older people for over 50 years.

Accent Home Care has a range of services that extend to Support at Home, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and private services.

Working with us as a Clinical Home Care Nurse you will have the opportunity to:

Be part of a dynamic nursing team that focuses on preventive care and reducing hospital admissions
Work with a team of care advisors, nurses and allied health professionals to achieve consumer goals
Assess consumer clinical health care needs to enable them to remain living in their own home
Provide consultation with clinical issues for consumers in the receipt of a Home Care Services
Build your knowledge & skills in chronic disease management
Be a part of a nurse team interested in interdisciplinary care.

You will be successful in the role if you have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
Ongoing training in clinical nursing and best practice in community home care
Demonstrated proven clinical competency in community care with 2 years’ experience
Clear clinical thinking and ability to accurately deliver quality care.

A littler more about the role:

The office is located in Bayswater with the primary hours between Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.06pm
$15,900 salary packaging per FBT year to significantly reduce your taxable income
Ability to work from home, the office and in the community
