Cire Services is seeking experienced Learning Assistants to join our new community school at our Clyde North Campus*.
As a Learning Assistant at Cire’s Clyde North campus, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that responds to the diverse needs of our students. Working collaboratively with teachers and school leadership, you will provide classroom and individual student support, helping students to participate, build confidence, and achieve positive learning outcomes in line with Cire’s commitment to equity, wellbeing, and lifelong learning.
As part of a new campus community, you will have the opportunity to help shape a positive and supportive culture from the ground up while making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

Key responsibilities include:

Support educators in the delivery of tailored learning programs

Assist students with classroom activities, promoting engagement and participation

Help prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, respectful learning space

Provide individualised support to students with varying needs

Contribute to the wellbeing and development of students in alignment with Cire’s values
