Personal Trainer | Clonbinane | Leads + No Rent

No Rent. A Full Diary. Real Mentoring Every Week.

Clonbinane, VIC | Casual | start immediately
$40.17 to $55/hr (based on ongoing client hours), super and commission on top
Work toward 20 to 30+ paid hours/week
Here Is The Whole Offer

We get the scepticism. So let us be specific about what you walk into:

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

A diary that fills itself. Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

Here Is Your Average Week

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here.

That is the whole job.

The Usual PT Deal Is Stacked Against You. This One Is Not.

You wanted to make people fitter and happier. That was the whole point.

Not to spend it doing this:

Hand over rent every week before you have earned a single dollar back
Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them
Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up
The grind outside the gym floor is what finishes most PTs, long before their coaching ever lets them down.

Who Fits This Role
