We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team at Ridley AgriProducts in Clifton.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a fresh direction, this is a great opportunity to build practical skills in manufacturing - no prior experience required, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

The Role
As a Mill Production Operator, you will:
- Learn to operate and monitor production equipment (we’ll train you)
- Help ensure our products meet quality standards
- Support the team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently
- Follow safety practices to keep yourself and your teammates safe
- Keep your work area clean and organised
- Work closely with a supportive team to achieve shared goals
You will have
- A willingness to learn and give things a go - no experience needed
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
- A team-first mindset and good communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends if required)
- Previous experience and/or certifications in manufacturing processes or production environment (desirable, but not essential)
