Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of rendering experience (for individuals) or a proven track record (for teams).
- The Basics: White Card, ABN, and your own reliable transport and tools.
- Quality Control: An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a clean worksite.
- Reliability: You show up when you say you will and meet deadlines.
