DMC Collective is a proud family-owned and long-established company specialising in high-quality rendering and solid plastering. With a strong reputation and a large volume of upcoming projects, we're expanding our team and looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our experienced crew.

About the Roles

We are currently seeking:

Labourers
Renderers
Experienced Trowel Hands

to work across a variety of residential and commercial projects. Whether you're an experienced tradesperson or someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry, we offer stable employment and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Labourers:

Assist plasterers and renderers with daily tasks
Mix render materials and prepare surfaces
Set up and pack down work areas
Perform general site clean-up and manual labour
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Support the team to ensure project deadlines are met

Renderers & Experienced Trowel Hands:

Apply rendering and solid plastering finishes to a high standard
Prepare and assess surfaces for application
Complete trowel finishing and texture work
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
Maintain quality workmanship and site safety standards
Work collaboratively with the team on residential and commercial projects

What We're Looking For

For Labourers:

Previous labouring experience (preferred but not required)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Reliable and punctual
Able to work well within a team

For Solid Plasterers, Renderers & Trowel Hands:

Previous experience in rendering and/or solid plastering
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual and professional attitude

For All Applicants:

Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport (required)
White Card (required)
