Estia Health Cleveland, is a beautiful new high rise facility with views overlooking the bay. Our residents require Nursing Assistants to assist them with their daily living requirements. We have shifts available for Mornings, Afternoons and Nights.

You will be supported by an amazing Manager who provides ongoing training with a genuine care for the wellbeing of her team.

About the Role

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
Be a friend to our residents
Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
