About the role
We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to take ownership of delivering impactful, customer-focused marketing across the full spectrum – from large-scale campaigns through to highly targeted, data-led communications such as EDMs.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with execution, leading a small team while working closely with stakeholders across the business to plan, deliver and optimise marketing activity that drives engagement and measurable outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on delivering both strategic campaigns and tactical communications, and is passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences.

What this role involves

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end marketing delivery, ensuring activity is aligned to business priorities and customer needs.

Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
-
Oversee targeted communications including email marketing (EDMs)
-
Translate business objectives and complex information into clear, compelling customer messaging
-
Partner with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, audiences and success measures

Use data, insights and performance reporting to optimise marketing effectiveness and inform future activity

Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver creative and media outcomes, while representing marketing in cross-functional projects and stakeholder forums.
Key skills and experience

Proven experience delivering a range of marketing activity – from large integrated campaigns to targeted, data-driven communications

Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, content and customer communications.

Experience using insights, analytics and reporting to measure performance and guide decisions

Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, customer-centric messaging

Experience managing stakeholders across different levels and functions, with confidence working with external agencies and partners.

Experience leading, mentoring or coaching marketing or communications professionals
