Sleep Coach / Retail Sales Assistant – Casual | Mitcham VIC

ResMed – Mitcham, VIC
Casual | Monday–Saturday availability

At ResMed, we help people sleep better, live better and feel their best. As a Sleep Coach, you’ll support customers on their sleep health journey in a professional, purpose-driven retail environment.

The role

Based in our Mitcham clinic, you’ll be the face of ResMed — delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting positive outcomes and achieving sales results.

You’ll:

Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
Achieve individual and store sales targets in a supportive team environment
Maintain store presentation, merchandising and stock control
Build product knowledge through structured training
Follow up with customers to build trust and long-term relationships
Manage POS transactions, administration and equipment care

About you

You’re motivated, people-focused and enjoy helping others while achieving results.

You’ll bring:

Experience in retail or customer service
A sales-driven mindset balanced with empathy and care
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in a busy environment

Nice to have but not essential:

Healthcare, pharmacy or medical experience
Mandarin language skills are highly regarded
