Casual Retail Assistant - AFL Store Hay Strret, Perth

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Casual Retail Assistants to join our AFL Store at Hay Street, Perth.

If you're passionate about AFL, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast- paced retail setting, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a casual retail assistant, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customer by:

Assisting customers to find the perfect AFL merchandise.
Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Maintaining a welcoming, well-presented store.
Replenishing stock and supporting stock management processes.
Keeping up to date with latest AFL products and promotions.
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and service goals.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

A genuine passion for AFL and the excitement of the game.
Previous retail experience in a customer-facing environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, energetic attitude with strong focus on customer service.
An understanding of stock replenishment and inventory management.
The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and throughout the Final Series and Christmas trading period.

Pay: $14.94 – $33.19 per hour

Experience:

Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)
Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
