The Role
We're looking for a relationship-focused, consultative sales professional to join our new Christies Beach practice as a Treatment Coordinator.
As this is a brand-new practice, this is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the beginning and play an important role in establishing the patient experience, building strong relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.
This is not a traditional reception role. You'll work closely with patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them understand their treatment options, overcome concerns and confidently move forward with life-changing dental care.
You'll meet with patients who have already expressed interest in treatment, build genuine relationships and support them in making informed decisions. While you'll work alongside our clinical team, your success will come from your ability to connect with people, communicate with confidence and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
You'll be responsible for:

Building strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Conducting patient consultations and understanding each patient's goals and concerns.
- Presenting clinician-recommended treatment options with confidence and empathy.
- Guiding patients through finance and payment options.
- Following up consultations and enquiries to help patients move forward with treatment.
- Managing your patient pipeline and maintaining accurate records.
- Working collaboratively with our clinicians to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
- Helping establish a high standard of patient experience as the new practice grows.
- Delivering an exceptional end-to-end patient experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people make important decisions and has experience in consultative business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
Dental experience is not essential - we'll teach you the clinical side. What we're really looking for is someone who can build trust, communicate effectively and confidently guide customers through a considered purchasing decision.
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

Healthcare or medical sales
- Dental or Treatment Coordination
- Cosmetic clinics
- Hair restoration or aesthetic clinics
- Hearing or audiology services
- Optometry
- Gym membership sales
- Telecommunications (Vodafone, Optus, Telstra or similar)
- Premium retail or other consultative sales environments
