As part of our expanding Service Team, we're seeking an experienced Chiller Technician who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy, exposure to leading-edge equipment, and the opportunity to further develop your technical and leadership capabilities while working across a diverse customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and respond to breakdowns across a broad range of chiller and HVAC systems
Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance activities
Commission chillers and HVAC equipment at customer sites
Troubleshoot, fault-find, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Service and overhaul reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal chillers
Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately
Develop trusted relationships with customers and provide expert technical advice
Support customer training and operational best practices
What You'll Bring
Minimum 4 years' experience servicing chillers, HVAC systems, or industrial cooling equipment
Strong fault-finding, maintenance, and repair experience
Mechanical and/or electrical trade qualifications
Experience working with centrifugal, screw, or reciprocating chillers highly regarded
Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Current driver's licence
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and background screening requirements
