We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join our team as an Allocat ions Supervisor .
In this role, you will be responsible for the effective allocation of concrete testing in NSW, working closely with Field Testers, internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, this full-time position is based at our Granville Laboratory and operates Monday to Saturday.

In your new role with us, you will:
Collaborate with our customers and other functions within the organisation to drive positive outcomes for the Technical Operations field-testing team.
Allocate daily testing schedules to company and contractor field testers in a way to optimize resources across NSW.
Monitor and review customer bookings to determine testing requirements.
Understanding testing requirements including, type of test, frequency of test, equipment needed and duration of job.
Liaise with the Customer Service Centre in relation to new jobs, cancellations, and re-assigned jobs.

Calm, fast‑thinking Allocator with strong negotiation skills, able to manage constant changes, prioritise workloads, and confidently coordinate tasks across multiple team members in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments and roles.
Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and operational demands.
Preferred but not mandatory:
Experience with allocating resources in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within the construction industry.
Experience in concrete testing.
Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, RMS specifications, and NATA requirements.
Proficiency in Qest Lab, Qest Field, SAP,
