About the Role
You'll become part of a highly skilled workshop team responsible for transforming standard vehicles into fully equipped touring and off-road builds.
No two days are the same, and you'll work on a huge variety of exciting projects while continually expanding your skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Installing bull bars, rear bars and side steps.
- Fitting electric winches and recovery equipment.
- Installing suspension lift kits and GVM upgrades.
- Fitting roof racks, roof platforms and rooftop tents.
- Installing snorkels.
- Fitting driving lights, light bars and work lights.
- Installing dual battery systems and battery trays.
- Fitting UHF radios, antennas and communication equipment.
- Installing tow bars, brake controllers and towing accessories.
- Fitting canopies, ute trays and drawer systems.
- Installing underbody protection and recovery points.
- Completing basic 12-volt accessory installations.
- Carrying out quality inspections before vehicle handover.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who genuinely care about the quality of their work.
While previous experience fitting 4WD accessories is highly regarded, we know many of the skills required come from similar automotive trades.

If you've worked in panel beating or another related automotive trade and are looking for a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you.
We'll provide the product knowledge, training and ongoing support needed to help you become a successful 4WD Accessory Fitter.

What You'll Need
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Previous experience fitting aftermarket accessories, working in a panel shop or completing automotive body repairs will be highly regarded.
